By signing up and actively using the MotherEarthMails program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
MotherEarthMails may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates.
Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address
provided upon signing up with MotherEarthMails.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
Your continued participation in the MotherEarthMails program following our posting of a change in policy notice
or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.
Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You MUST also be able to understand the ENGLISH Language to be a member.
China,India,Poland and Vietnam can only redeem for ads and must stay within our terms.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.
Anyone signing up with gibberish in their information will be deleted.
You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
We allow one account per individual.
There may be more than one account per household, however
each person registering an account must have a separate computer, IP-address and separate ISP to participate in our program.
If we find out that a person has multiple accounts,
we are deleting all accounts without notice.

You will use your e-mail address or user name / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,
you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your MotherEarthMails account
including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate
or illegal by MotherEarthMails be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account
will be grounds for immediate termination.
Mother Earth Mails reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time. Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part, we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account. And all downlines, advertising and or any and all privileges to this site terminated. This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!

You must maintain your e-mail account that you use for MotherEarthMails.
You agree to receive e-mail advertising from MotherEarthMails
with no more than 50 emails per day.

Accounts with bouncing email addresses will be put to onsite inbox.
You may change the settings back after you fix the reason why your emails were bouncing.
After the Third time your account could be deleted.
This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full.
Bouncing Emails is costly to the sites bandwidth and slows the server down.
Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination
of your account and Forfeiture of All earnings to the date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
If you use the onsite inbox, you must still provide a valid email address.
You may change your email account that you used when signing up at MotherEarthMails.
I understand the need at times to change Internet connections or email addresses.

The webmaster of MotherEarthMails has the right to refuse advertising for sites that have unsustainable information on their site.
All sites are reviewed before sending.
If the site doesn`t meet MotherEarthMails rules,
you will be emailed for a different site with a friendly explanation.
No redirecting will be allowed, no advertising of any types of following sites will be allowed
Gambling sites of any form
Tobacco products of any kind
Drug related sites
No type of Mod-chip
No suspected scam site or unsustainable sites
No MLM, ponzi, randomizers, hyip or other advertising not accepted by Paypal or this site
Porn or overly advert adult sites
Other advertising may not be accepted as seen unfit for this site.
Any member sending Motherearthmails gibberish or abusive mail (including but not limited to swearing at the staff of this site) will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings and downlines and upgrades to date of termination. This also applies to any member abusing Motherearthmails staff in any online forum.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately and member deleted.
Any emails or other communication which are received from this site may NOT be reproduced in any form or posted in any forum without formal permission of the owner of this site, Motherearthmails. If you reproduce in any form or post any emails or other communication in any venue without the aforementioned permission your account will be terminated immediately and without any further notice, thereby losing all earnings and referrals.

Cheat Links And English Tests:

Cheat Links(visible and invisible) will be sent on a regular basis.
They will have a warning above the cheat link.
Its the members responsibility to read to avoid clicking it.If you click the visible link 2 times,
your account will be canceled and you Loose All earnings up to the date of termination.
If you click the invisible cheat link once that only automated cheat software(clickbots) can see,
your account will be canceled and you Loose All earnings up to the date of termination.

English tests will be sent.
It is the members responsibility to read the instructions completely.
Failure to pass reading tests may result in your account being suspended or deleted.
This is Paid to Read email and that is what is expected of the members here.

All PTC sections may contain a Cheat Link/Banner(visible and invisible).
Do Not Click on this Link/Banner (visible and invisible) (visible`s will be clearly Marked).
These anticheat measures are there to monitor automated software users
and non-english reading members which is against our Terms of Service.
Your account will be reviewed and may be canceled without notice.
You Loose All earnings up to the date of termination if you click it and are found to be cheating.

Paid To Promote:

Any means of cheating the "Paid To Promote" feature to earn extra valid credits outside of the approved sites
list will have your account canceled immediately and you Loose All earnings up to the date of termination!

***Proxy Users-If your IP address and your country does not match,
your account will be canceled and you Loose All earnings up to the date of termination!

ALL MEMBERS

Must log in every 20 days and be at least 40% as active as your downline to get commissions from downline clicks.
Your account will be canceled and you Loose All earnings up to the date of termination for inactivity of more than 20 days.

Members are required to give full user information.
Members are required to give full online payment information.
Any member giving false payment ID information will have their account canceled instantly.
Every Member MUST have their own individual payment id.
It can`t be shared with other members.

Keywords And Interests:

We have "bad" keywords/interests "Delete me, I cheat"(more could be added)
this helps in finding the members that can't understand English and use auto signup bots.
If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be canceled.
If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest keyword -
accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be canceled.

Searches:

Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search emails.
The countries allowed by "most" Search Engines are: United States, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark,
Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
All persons from countries not from the countries listed above who select "Searches" as a category of interest
or found to be participating in "Searches" will have their account canceled
and you Loose All earnings up to the date of termination.

**Deleted accounts will not be restored if canceled for any of the above system abuse rules**

Relationship of the Parties:

You and MotherEarthMails are independent contractors,
and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise,
sales representative or employment relationship between you and MotherEarthMails.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of MotherEarthMails.
You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section.
You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

MotherEarthMails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or MotherEarthMails program,
even if MotherEarthMails has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Furthermore,MotherEarthMails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by MotherEarthMails.
Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the MotherEarthMails program.
Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by MotherEarthMails.

MotherEarthMails will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by MotherEarthMails.
Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.
You will be notified of any payment processor changes as they arise.
Payments will be made within 45 days or a reasonable time after.

*Members from China,India,Poland and Vietnam can ONLY use their earnings for ads. If members from these countries request payout, it will be considered a donation to the site*

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with MotherEarthMails and may result in legal prosecution.
MotherEarthMails strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime.
Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past,
present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall
cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
MotherEarthMails may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
MotherEarthMails will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
